BVest

BVest is a program for breeding value prediction using best linear unbiased prediction (BLUP). BVest has been used for many years in Australia's LAMBPLAN program.

DiGGer

DiGGer is an experimental design generation program suitable for complex multistage design problems. It accommodates spatial designs.

The supplied zip file (click below) contains a Windows standalone executable, R packages for Windows, Linux (64 bit) and Mac, and manuals. (See the enclosed Readme.txt file for full details.)
